Chef Bruno Caseiro
He owns the restaurants Fogo and Loco (a MICHELIN Star), in Lisbon, and was awarded the “Chef of the Year 2021” award by Revista de Vinhos. In the Fogo restaurant, everything is made precisely in the fire and national products are used.
