Chef Bruno Caseiro
He is the Chef at the Cavalariça restaurant. He started by working in the human resources area, but changed everything to the kitchen. He was at the Professional School of Hospitality and Tourism in Lisbon and did an internship at the Viajante restaurant in London, with a Michelin star.
