Chef Joao Rodrigues

In 2016 he was Chef of the Year by the Mesa Marcada awards and Chef of the Future by the International Academy of Gastronomy. In 2022, he left the Feitoria restaurant (one Michelin star), with the desire to create new projects. From there, the Matéria Project was born, which aims to promote national producers with good practices.
