WHAT IS CHEFS ON FIRE?
Chefs on Fire is a LOHAD’s product that brings together the best chefs, cooking live with fire and Portuguese bands, in an intimate experience recognized as the best gastronomic festival in the country.
WHEN AND WHERE DOES CHEFS ON FIRE TAKE PLACE?
Chefs On Fire Cascais takes place on September 20, 21 and 22, 2024 at FIARTIL.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES?
Doors open at 12 noon and close at midnight - you can enter and leave the venue whenever you like.
WHAT’S THE CAPACITY OF THE VENUE?
The total capacity of the venue is 2,500 people.
WHERE CAN I BUY MY TICKET?
Tickets are on sale at chefsonfire.pt and 3cket.com.
WILL THERE BE A TICKET OFFICE ON SITE?
Yes, you can buy your ticket at the venue. However, we always recommend that you buy your ticket online quickly and conveniently to avoid queues on the day of the event.
WHAT TYPE OF TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE?
There are three types of ticket:
1 - DAILY TICKET - 5 PORTIONS OF FOOD (MEAT, FISH, VEGETARIAN AND DESSERT) + 2 DRINKS + 4 CONCERTS - 90€
2 - CHILDREN’S TICKET - UNLIMITED PORTIONS IN THE KIDS’ AREA - 20€
3 - DAYS TICKET - 15 DOSES OF FOOD + 10 DRINKS / 3 days - 230€
Admission is free for children up to the age of 6, with no portions included. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 must present a Children's Ticket.
CAN I SHARE MY TICKET OR DOSES WITH SOMEONE?
Each ticket is individual and only entitles one person to enter the venue. However, you can use your portions as you wish and share them.
HOW CAN I USE MY DOSES AT THE EVENT?
Each day has 22 food points (meat, fish, vegetarian and dessert). (10 chefs + 12 bites). If you run out and want to repeat or try other dishes, you can top up your ticket balance at any time.
WHAT ARE THE SIZE OF THE PORTIONS?
The portions will have 120g per dish. Bites will have between 100g and 120g per dish.
HOW DOES THE DIGITAL TICKET WORK INSIDE THE VENUE?
Chefs on Fire uses 3cket digital ticket technology, in which your cell phone works for all interactions at the festival (entering and leaving, consuming portions or drinks, buying products or merchandise on sale at the venue, etc.).
When you buy your ticket through 3cket, you will immediately receive an SMS with a link to your ticket, which will have a QR code for you to use throughout the venue.If you want to top up your ticket at any time, you can do so at the top-up point (identified on the venue map) or directly on your phone via: MBway, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay ou Google Play.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF EACH DISH?
Although the tickets include food portions, you can always top up your ticket with money to buy extra portions, drinks and products on sale at the festival. The price of the extra portions will be available at each collection point (each extra Chef’s dish costs €8).
WHAT IS THE PRICE OF DRINKS?
The price of drinks varies between €2,5 and €14.
WHAT IF I HAVE PORTIONS LEFT OVER OR A BALANCE ON MY TICKET?
Unused portions will be handed over to Refood and the remaining money can be refunded by making a request within the terms and conditions time limit stipulated in the 3cket app.
WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN, VEGAN OR GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
The event offers vegetarian options, but does not guarantee vegan or gluten-free options.
IS THERE SEATING?
There are tables with seating throughout the space, as well as straw chairs and sofas in selected areas. There is no possibility of booking or reserving a table/seat.
CAN ANIMALS COME IN?
For reasons of animal safety and food hygiene, animals are allowed but discouraged (with the exception of guide dogs, in accordance with current legislation).

IS THE ENVIRONMENT PREPARED FOR THOSE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?
Yes.
HOW TO GET TO THE FESTIVAL SITE?
We advise our visitors to use soft or shared mobility alternatives - trains, buses, TVDEs, etc. If you need to bring a car, the nearest parking spaces are the Estoril Casino outdoor car park or the Estoril Congress Center indoor car park, both a 1- minute walk away.

Estoril train station (Cais do Sodré-Cascais line), a 10-minute walk away.
Bus (from Cascais)

M11 - Cascais Station - Estoril Station via Cabreiro and Atrozela
M06 - Cascais Station - Estoril Station via Fisgas

WHAT IS THE CHEFS ON FIRE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If the event is canceled, you may request a refund within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of public notification of the cancellation, as specified by LOHAD. Regardless of the type of ticket purchased, the event is only considered canceled if more than half of the scheduled performances are suspended. The suspension will be due to the impossibility of assistance from the Chef or artist invited by Chefs on Fire. LOHAD reserves the right to change or modify the program, as long as the presence of a Chef/Artist has been canceled for reasons unrelated to the festival. The festival will look for a replacement in these cases. The value of the ticket(s) will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the festival due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Portuguese airspace or other causes of force majeure. In the case of returning tickets, we inform you that only the value of the ticket will be refunded. Travel, accommodation, point of sale commissions or any other services related to the event that were purchased independently are at the buyer's expense and risk, without it being possible to return these amounts in any case by LOHAD.
