Chef Zé Paulo Rocha
He graduated in cooking and pastry and is the Chef and owner of the restaurant Velho Eurico. He is also one of the founders of the collective New Kids on The Block Collective and, in 2021, he received the Mesa Diária award, for Mesa Marcada.
